What if the item I want isn't in stock?

Inventoried items may be backordered. Typically, if something is out of stock, it is only for a few days. If you continue with the backorder, we will ship immediately upon arrival.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking on all orders. All apparel, branded merchandise, and kitted items will have tracking sent to the email submitted in the checkout process. In addition, you may always email a request to hopebridge@hmktgroup.com and we will help you track your order.

How do I cancel my order?

Items will ship or move into production as soon as possible. If you catch a mistake, please email hopebridge@hmktgroup.com immediately and we will see if we can catch the order and cancel.

What if my order was delivered damaged?

Please inspect your product when it arrives. If there is a defect from the factory, email hopebridge@hmktgroup.com with a description and a photo if possible. We will replace any item that arrives with a defect.

Can I expedite my delivery?

Since most items are made to order, they go through the production process before shipping. Please email hopebridge@hmktgroup.com with the date you need the item. We will work with our production team to try to expedite and meet your date. We will reply within 24 hours with confirmation.

How much does shipping cost?

Your shipping will be given in the final checkout page. To give a rough estimate, shipping typically starts at $4.75 for one item, $9.00 for two items, and $13.50 for three items.

I only received part of my order. Who do I contact?

Since the site consists of different types of products you may receive some items separately. Print items such as business cards may come separate from clothing. So, don’t worry if they don’t arrive together. If you are sill concerned that you are missing an item, email hopebridge@hmktgroup.com and we will track your order.

When will my order ship?

Inventoried in stock items and will ship within 36-48 hours of the order date. Other made-to-order items will typically ship in 3 weeks on average. Finally, printed items such as on demand business cards will ship in 3-5 business days. This does not include transit time, which can vary depending on your location.

I forgot my username/password.

If you are using the family store there is no login required. If you are entering a site requiring a login, click on I forgot my password radio button. Or, you may email hopebridge@hmktgroup.com and we will assist you.

What if I never received my order?

Please allow a week for inventoried items to arrive, and about two weeks for on-demand orders to arrive. If you have not received within this time frame, please reach out to hopebridge@hmktgroup.com and we will track your order. If there is any issue, we will resolve promptly.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can always check production status of your order by emailing hopebridge@hmktgroup.com . Once your item has been produced, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking.

Am I able to return my item?

All sales are final since this product is customized just for you! Please carefully review the sizing chart link associated with each item to make sure you choose the correct size for you. Everything on this site was chosen because it runs very true to size. If you receive an item with defects, or have any other issues, please notify hopebridge@hmktgroup.com.
